What does the Recruitment & Verification Fee cover?+

Is staff salary included?+
No. Salary is agreed directly with your hire, or coordinated through HireOnce on the Management Contract. See our service models for details.
How long does the hiring process take?+
Candidates are presented within 3 to 10 working days of your confirmed recruitment fee: Concierge within 3 days, Professional and Express within 5 working days, Essential and Standard within 10 working days.
What if the hire doesn't work out?+
